This section will provide contributed articles by other missionaries that could be
helpful to those engaged in, or considering entering Christian missionary work. I also
plan to make the articles available for free download.
I will consider any of the following topics:
Articles that would challenge others to pray about possible
responding to the call of missionary work

What to expect when one lives by faith

What it is like to go through 'culture shock'

How to persevere during trials and obstacles (including

strengthen the faith of others

Inspiring accounts of how the Lord Jesus protected or
provided for missionaries, or answered the prayers of missionaries in
extraordinary ways

Any other topics that would be helpful to missionaries
If you have an article, or you know of an article that you believe would be proper
for this section please observe the following procedure to submit it for consideration.
- Contact the webmaster via
e·mail and
supply a brief description and state why you believe it would be beneficial to others before
you send it*
- Provide the name of the author and proof of the author's affirmation with our
posted doctrinal statements as found on the What We Believe page
- Provide the name of the church, the pastor, and e·mail address (or telephone number,
or snail mail address) with whom the author is a faithful member in good standing
- If the one submitting the article is not the author, provide proof that you have
the author's permission to post the article on LCM's website*
* Very important!

- Only
e·mail submission of articles can be considered. As you may already suspect, I do not have
time to transpose material from hard copies.
Lastly, do you think it would be beneficial to set up a discussion thread for this
section? Is so, e·mail me accordingly and I will take it under serious consideration.
