Special Services with
Evangelist Glenn Mathews

During the early part of December 2001, we were
privileged to have Evangelist Glenn Mathews to speak during our Sunday
morning service at Windward Bible Church.
Brother Glenn of Revival Time Crusades,
and originally from
Cross Lanes, West Virginia, was on Carriacou as the featured speaker for the
Harbour Light of the Windwards Christian Radio
Station's 10th anniversary. The special anniversary services were held
and the Hillsborough Community Center in town from Sunday through Friday
nights.
Brother Mathews preached the word to
challenge, exhort, and teach us about the marvelous grace, salvation, and
life changing power that can transform and impart new life to any who desire
it. As always, Jesus is the key to all.
While here, Brother Glenn
and some of our folks from Windward Bible Church helped to paint our meeting
place's
concrete floor. (We believe in letting people participate in
every area of ministry here.
)
Really, when they heard that we were going to do the job, Brother Glenn was
very eager to help, as was John McPherson, missionary pastor of
Open Door
Independent Baptist Church. (John wears many hats and also works hard at
the radio station.)

Brother
Mathews greatly encouraged us by the ministry of the word, and challenged
believers and non-believers alike.
