Be an institution where students that excel may have
the opportunity to further their education at Christian Institutions of
higher learning by scholarships that will be made available by like-minded
Churches and individuals all over the world

To
make the ministry of Windward Bible Church a 'boot camp' or place where missionaries in
training can engage in an 'internship' program...

That will be properly monitored and reported to
Christian Colleges, Universities, mission organizations, and Churches

Where missionaries can get their feet wet on the field
so that...

They can get an idea of what to expect in missionary
work

What it is like to work in another culture
-
What it is like to work in a place where American
English is not always readily understood or spoken (Many of the West Indians
are readily understandable and can understand typical American English. But
there are larger numbers where most Americans will have to develop an ear
for the dialect and West Indian English nuances in order to fully
communicate.)

To learn how to get by when common supplies are very
limited and expensive
-
To give them a chance to make a real contribution to
overseas mission work on a short or long term basis
-
They can experience first hand the Lord's perfect
provision and guidance to those who are fully relying on Him for all
-
To make sure of their call to overseas missions
Our
goals are constantly being refined and expanded as the Lord shows us more opportunities
for ministry in the wide open area.
